Worst customer service ever, AFTER you make your purchase. Great customer service from Ferguson in Raleigh, NC when it comes to selling and as soon as they have your money the customer service ends….. “The old saying that you get what you pay for” is not true when buying Thermador appliances. We spent over 100k on all Thermador kitchen equipment and have had multiple issues with our oven/gas stove, dishwasher and freezer ice maker. Zero assistance from Ferguson, they will refer you to the manufacturer who is equally useless.
Great selection for kitchen and bathroom. Lucas was very helpful in sorting through considerations and options. Thank you!
