I’m finishing up renovations of 2 bathrooms and used Ferguson as the source for all my fixtures and accessories (~$10k). The shopping and showroom experience with Stacey was positive, but after placing the order and making full payment, the support and customer service was significantly lacking. - Delivery of whirlpool was late and impacted project schedule. personal muy amable, pero la tienda casi nunca tiene los materiales necesarios
Only giving 1 star because it requires that. I have never seen such a sloppy mess on the loading dock and rude people. If they would work as hard as work as they do trying to get out of it. They would get stuff done. I truly hope I never have to come back here again. This is ridiculous to get unloaded at. Unorganized as hell. No excuses for this mess of a place
