Beautiful showroom, but no one will acknowledge your existence or help you. Their loss. We were ready to purchase a very expensive kitchen faucet. We'll take our money and business elsewhere.
If there was an option of giving minus stars, I would give Ferguson bath and kitchen that score. Went in the store and had an appointment with Jerry. Beware of the store and more of Jerry. The guy appears half dead. You ask him his opinion on things and he has nothing to contribute . You would think someone who works in a store like this would have some suggestions and ideas of what is in style. He was beyond useless and not sure why he works in a store like this to help people pick out things for their bathroom and kitchen.... read more
Let's see, how can I describe dealing with Fergusons...the worst experience with a supplier ever!! Contractors and consumers steer clear of this place. I used them to supply the plumbing fixtures and toilet for a bathroom reno. Toilet arrived smashed and my plumber had to go drive to their warehouse to get a new one, where he was met with an attitude. Shower handle slide was sent missing a bracket that took almost two weeks to come in. Sink faucet trap pipe was broken and leaking, they replaced with same junk so I wound up b... read more
