We did fairly extensive renovations to our house and used Ferguson for just about every fixture in our kitchen and bathrooms, among other places. Would have given five stars except for their very slow followup on a defective product situation. Still, they came through in the end.

In general, Rita was great, and although she’s clearly overworked, came through in the end. However, the reason for this negative review, is that we had a problem, and, as is often the case, you learn the true quality of a place when something goes wrong.
