I had an issue with a soap dispenser that I purchased through Ferguson when we did our renovation just a few years ago. We tried getting a new insert for it, but it never really worked properly. I contacted Ferguson again and had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Rich. He intervened on our behalf, first trying again with a new insert, but ultimately working with the company to replace the dispenser. They need to update hours of operation. I just spent 35 minutes in heavy traffic to get there before closing,5pm according to the page,I got there at 4:45 on the hottest day of the year because my condenser fan seized and the sign says they closed at 4pm.
I don't like to leave negative reviews. I always try to contact management before leaving a review that could damage a company's reputation. However, there is ZERO customer service happening at the Southampton branch of Ferguson. We were dealing with Lauren in the showroom for a client's renovation. Rude employees. No one was at the receptionist desk when we walked in. Workers were helping other clients, which I understand, but you would think at least one of them would say hello or tell us they’d be with us shortly. When I asked a female employee if they had a Rohl product we were looking for, she said we were supposed to check in at the desk, but I informed her no one was there.
