The worst store in the country, they never believe you even if you show them their mistakes in their eyes. Their system show one item missing from my order i am showing them the item missing is this item and they insist I am missing different one while I show them that I received the item they show missing in my house. I even call them in FaceTime to show it. They ask me to stop by my house to check the house them self!!!!?
Rude doesn’t describe. Three people sitting down. A receptionist who said I’ll call a sales person for you, then never got back to me. Never said, be with you in a minute, or thank you for waiting. Nothing. I went to buy a $6000 vanity that Ferguson in Fairfield said was on display in Mahwah. I drove 40 minutes to be disregarded. Gotta love Bergen County.
We visited the store and saw a chandelier that we interested in. We asked the floor rep about it and they couldn’t give us any info. We took a photo and searched on google images. I believe she did the same and gave us the same info which I believe was incorrect. So she couldn’t give us the brand, price or specs. Thinking I could do this in my own from home we left the store unsatisfied. I went to Ferguson’s site and couldn’t find it. So I called the store and no one answered the phone. Lousy customer service
Love this showroom! Everything is laid out beautifully - it's hard to make decisions! When going there the first time, no one bothered me so I was able to look at EVERYTHING! But, when you have narrowed down your selections, I do recommend making an appointment -- with Kelly Baird. She was so warm & friendly - we felt like we were talking to a friend. She has great ideas & really listened to what we wanted.
I visit this place i need shower faucet and there is so rude people .. there was many people around staying with hands on pockets and they ask me to sign and wait for someone to help which they don't know when someone will come over to sale the shower faucet , also she say if you don't wait u can make appoinment to come over and get the price for 1 faucet i need it .. but i won't step in this store never and i don't recomand people to waist their time in this place is not worth it ... 😔
