We had an amazing experience at Ferguson in Mahwah with Colleen Lutz. She helped us pick out everything for our new kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. Colleen was knowledgeable and patient. Everything that arrived from Ferguson at our home was exactly as ordered, down to the smallest accessory. We are really enjoying our farm sink and rain shower. I would highly recommend Ferguson and, especially, Colleen Lutz.
I'm a contractor. We didn't set an appointment, would recommend a appointment. But we got lucky and met Joe. He is excellent, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him.
My wife and I have purchased several items from Ferguson over the years and, for the most part, didn’t have issues. When they installed our range hood, it took hours and multiple teams, which should have been a red flag, but we continued to give them our business. The real disappointment came with a bathroom vanity we bought.
