Terrible customer service! I called three times to request a quote for an onyx shower. I spoke to Matt, but was told it's a showroom thing and someone would call me back....Nope! Called the next day and was told Mary would call me back after her two appts. Despite my efforts, I never received a callback. Never spoke to anyone and I am glad I didn't because if there's an issue with the order, good luck talking to anyone. Very frustrating and unprofessional!

I did not end up working with Ferguson and likely dodged a bullet. I had an apt to select fixtures for a bathroom project and the meeting with Miranda went well. After, I had second thoughts on one of my selections so I emailed with my request to change and update my quote. No response. I called two days later and spoke with a general CS rep - after 10 minutes the call dropped. I called back and the next CS person said my last call was not in the log - she would pass along my message to Miranda to call me back. No response. ... read more
