We met with Miranda to pick out plumbing fixtures for a new build and we could not be happier. Her knowledge of the industry is excellent and she took the time to show us many options in different price points without overwhelming us. I would highly recommend Miranda! Having an appointment is also super helpful.
This place is huge and they have lots of workers that were very willing to help. We will have to stop back as you can not see all they have to offer in one visit.
Terrible customer service! I called three times to request a quote for an onyx shower. I spoke to Matt, but was told it's a showroom thing and someone would call me back....Nope! Called the next day and was told Mary would call me back after her two appts. Despite my efforts, I never received a callback. Never spoke to anyone and I am glad I didn't because if there's an issue with the order, good luck talking to anyone. Very frustrating and unprofessional!
