Just thinking and letting everyone know that Richard Boch at the Norwood office went out of his way with two orders and was pleasant to deal with, Fergusons lucky to have Loyal employees like him !
While we did receive the products that we ordered, we felt misinformed by the sales person as to the features and quality of our purchase. We finally gave up after multiple failed attempts to try and remedy the situation, in which we received no follow ups and confusion every time we reached back out. Ultimately the price we paid did not match the quality of what we received and experienced very poor customer service.
Can't get in to the showroom. They are not open weekends or evenings. Hours are 9-4 M-F. How do you stay in business when customers can't shop? Very poor customer service
