I originally went into the showroom a few years ago, looking for a new bathroom vanity and shower doors, etc.. Then I revisited this year, after searching several showrooms in NYC. My brother had such great experience with Ferguson in NJ that I decided to go back in May/June. Don’t waste your time—completely disorganized—lead times are consistently inaccurate and unreliable. Much better off at AF Supply or The Brass Center
