Broken shower door delivered- project delayed for replacement. Shower hardware delivered- some right parts some wrong parts some missing parts. - project delayed. Missing hardware re-ordered - at installation - plumber determined parts missing.-project delayed. Waiting on replacement again. Staff was generally non-responsive and oblivious or unsympathetic as to the ripple effects of continuous bumbling by Ferguson. A major provider in this space with minor league performance and professionalism. Never again.
Associate knowledgeable, helpful, patient & had wonderful shopping experience. Bought items we initially were scouting for. Highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience working with Amanda Bradley at the Brookfield store. I made an appointment ahead of time which I think definitely helps. She spent two hours with me last Tuesday selecting fixtures for two bathrooms. I left feeling as though there was no pressure and over the past week she has been very patient and responsive while I made some additions/changes. The order was just placed. Thank you for the outstanding service.
