Visited the store with my husband and three of our young children at the recommendation of our builder. We stayed with our children the entire time and enjoyed looking at the various plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances. My first impression of Ferguson Home was not inviting. I stopped to look for replacement lighting. I’ll give the receptionist credit as she at least greeted me. I felt like from there it went downhill. I mentioned I bought all my lighting fixtures from their processor and need to replace my pendant lights. I received a sharp reply “We are an entirely different company”. My reply, “I would still like to look”. Her reply, “We have a lot more on line”.
