My first impression of Ferguson Home was not inviting. I stopped to look for replacement lighting. I’ll give the receptionist credit as she at least greeted me. I felt like from there it went downhill. I mentioned I bought all my lighting fixtures from their processor and need to replace my pendant lights. I received a sharp reply “We are an entirely different company”. My reply, “I would still like to look”. Her reply, “We have a lot more on line”. All the staff have been so helpful and I've made several visits. I recommend.
What a super nice design gallery! We are building a house and needed help choosing shower fixtures. Zach offered to assist and we had a solution faster than we could believe (after weeks of searching on our own). We also found a light for our front porch - the display light was no longer available we asked to buy the display light and we got it for a fantastic price. Give Ferguson a try I'm sure you'll enjoy the visit.
