The store was empty and we barely got help from a salesman sitting at his desk. We were shopping for our bathroom vanity, toilet, lightings and accessories. And decided to stop by Ferguson for the quality and design of their products. And all we got from the salesman was his business card and told us to call when we decided to go ahead, we would if he would ask us for more infos of our project or what we were looking for. At least, we were greeted and welcomed by a nice lady receptionist.
Great selection and stellar service!
We ordered appliances, plumbing fixtures, and a steam shower from Ferguson for our fire rebuild in St. Helena. We moved in to the house only to find the dishwasher wouldn't work. Rather than their acting to resolve the issue, we were passed off to the manufacturer. It's been three weeks now and we might get a service technician out to see what the problem is this week. Then, we'll probably have to wait for repairs or a replacement. Ferguson's inability to step up for a product that didn't work from the outset is awful custom... read more
