We purchased appliances at Ferguson in Asheville a year and half ago and bought an extended warranty due to how expensive the appliances were. Our refrigerator stopped working called Ferguson, they were no help they told me to call True Blue the warranty company. I called the warranty company and was placed on hold then the phone just disconnects repeated this process 3 more times. Ferguson does not stand behind the products or help after the sale. The guy at the front desk was alsome,saved me lots of money,just by giving me some great information,instead of buying a new faucet, that was pretty high,thank you young man...
Shopping for Bosch wall oven or an alternative high end oven, Ferguson showroom is of the best there is. We made a purchase. What irritated me is their automated phone system. We could not get staff to answer. After their Greenville store advertised "Open Saturday" chose to be closed with no posting beyond the front door. This wasted an hour's drive, an hour back and so phoned Asheville Ferguson to ensure were open. No one picked up the phone at 10.20 am. Rod Patteson
