When I inquired about a pull on a display that had no information, the showroom manager was very bothered to point it out and was wrong. Twice. Ignored me and walked away. I walked out and will not go back. I should have read the reviews first.
Very knowledgeable and large selection
Doing a whole new bathroom. Stopped in to order a tub and all. Women in the front was rude said she would be right with me and proceeded to help 2 other customers that came in after me. Meanwhile, 2 other employees sat at desks (not with customers) and never looked up. Finally walked out... it was an indicator of how they would be to do business with. Glad there are plenty of other places to spend money and after reading the reviews, so glad I left.
Unfortunately, Everyone in the showroom is consistently rude. It’s like you’re putting people out by asking for help as if it’s not their job? Really frustrating
Wow, buyer beware! I ordered a griddle for my Bosch stove from Ferguson Home. It appeared to have 1 in stock (I should have known better when after my order it still had 1 in stock). Delay and notice, delay and notice, delay and notice, delay and notice. Of course they charged my card as soon as I purchased it and kept my money until I asked for a refund (which still hasn't hit my account after 3 days). Really feels like a scam.
