Renovations can be overwhelming, so working with Matt Pickett in the Newton showroom was a huge help! Matt made it easy to navigate the selections we had to make, including the items we didn't realize we'd need. Plus, he was friendly, responsive and knowledgable. Honestly, if we hadn't worked with Matt this renovation would have been a less pleasant experience - so thank you!
We have purchased a washer, dryer faucet and hardware for our cabinets . Love all the glitz and glamour of the lights when you come in. we probably would have ordered more products. Discouraged by the service. Totally understand the world we live in now where we’re all short of help being a business owner myself I understand.. Store hours are 9-5 weekdays only. Can't expect customers to take time off from work to come to your shop. Store hours are for customers not the other way round.
