I’ve been working with Christina and she has been great! I’m sure like all people renovating, sometimes I can be indecisive. She is very good at listening and quickly figured out what I like. It’s been an absolute pleasure, I highly recommend her!
Very helpful sales staff at the same prices as the box stores, made choosing our kitchen hardware much easier.
So this is how it went…. Hi I’m looking for this pedestal sink. We don’t have that brand on the floor, I’ve never heard of it, we have a lot of brands that we know nothing about. If you want it you can just order it on line. Thanks guess I’ll just spend my money elsewhere, somewhere that offers custom service.
They say they have items in stock when they don’t for certain brands but don’t mention it until you go there. The kid in the front always has an attitude. Every other Ferguson is fine.
Had a complication with parts. Jose went out of his way to get me what I needed. Always very happy with my experiences at Ferguson!!
