My husband and I came in with appointment to purchase double ovens. We got price and print outs, but once we wanted to order the process was slow. Salesperson did not return phone calls or emails. Had to walk in to place order on surprise basis. We finally got our ovens in January, and here it is April and we do not have the knobs we ordered. Once again, the salesperson is nonresponsive.
