Ferguson Home do not stand behind their product and they place profits over doing what is right. I purchased the Pfister shower faucet package from Ferguson Home (Build.com). Within weeks of installation, I discovered a pool of water in my basement. This required a plummer to cut a hole in my wall to diagnose the source of the leak. Eventually he identified that the source of the leak was a defective valve from my brand new shower valve. It cost me $400 to diagnose and fix the leak.
