Within weeks of installation, I discovered a pool of water in my basement. This required a plummer to cut a hole in my wall to diagnose the source of the leak. Jessica was very knowledgeable and helpful. I emailed information about our project to her ahead of time which helped speed up the process. And their prices are comparable to other retailers. Where they weren’t comparable, they were able to match some of the prices.
