We went to Ferguson in Coral Gables expecting professionalism and elevated service, especially from a showroom known for high-end fixtures and finishes. Instead, we got Paola—an employee who apparently thought we wandered in by mistake. From the moment we mentioned needing cabinet handles and light fixtures for our custom vanities, her entire vibe changed. Instead of offering guidance, she scoffed at the idea like it was unheard of.
