RecommendedI can't complain or make a comment about service at Ferguson lighting because of the facility being closed due to the pandemic. The company has many beautiful light fixtures to choose from, however, my complaint is the poor packaging of the light fixtures I purchased and they were delivered broken in pieces. Very upsetting.

I was there today Wanted to look at sinks for a major kitchen renovation I did not come with my contractor although she sent me here. I was there 15 minutes No sales person apparently, could be bothered to appear... perhaps I should dress more stylishly. Lovely showroom.
My family went to Ferguson with the intention of purchasing new fixtures for our bathroom and kitchen sinks. We attempted to “check in” at the front desk for assistance but it was either empty or being used to work with other customers. As we lingered, we were ignored so we decided to shop. We kept looking in on the desk because we had a lot of questions but it was always empty or was being used to help another customer (and it wasn’t busy, there were only 2-4 customers in the store while we were there).
