Showed up at this business expecting to pick up an order for remodel in progress and it had not been delivered as they said it was. The guys at this store track down the package got it delivered not only from the Seattle store to the Port orchard location then brought it from the Port orchard location to my job over an hour away. Not only did they fix the problem and make it right they went above and beyond by getting my order to the job so I can make up for lost time.
