I went in without an appointment and was still greeted and assisted with enthusiasm. Camren checked in with me while I perused. We made an appointment and before I left she set me up with an online account so I could keep shopping and prepare for our appointment. Their website is easy to navigate, and has a lot of options. She was ready to go at our set appointment and had checked my online folder to see the direction we were headed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff (Camryn & Rhonda). The showroom is self-service with online info at each product. If you want a consultation, call ahead. Caryn spent quality time with me discussing quality and style. Most of the product only took a week to get here. They use Estes for delivery so product like bath tubs and sinks show up in good shape. Will definitely use again!

I’m just now getting around to writing this review about my experiences with Ferguson. First time I went to look for a stove. We were building a custom home and had a specific stove I was hoping for. After leaving the store and doing some research I learned that Ferguson was in fact a retailer for the ILVE Italian stove line.
