This review relates to Ferguson Plumbing on Dixieland. We had a one of our Bathroom spread sets faucets popup knob break off and the faucet design has been discontinued. This required finding a replacement for the knob or replacing both spread sets. When I explained the problem to the counter guys, Tyler, Seth and Luis, they went to work and suggested a solution. bad experience. you need to wait at least 3-4 hours. the supervisor is rude. in other Ferguson stores, employees are more responsible and professional
