I walked in looking for supplies but couldn't find them. I went to the front desk where an emp was working on his browser, I interrupted him and asked if they had the products I was looking . He immediately got off his work and took me to the locations I needed to get my supplies. He did it in a way showing he was happy to help me. Impressed!
Staff came up to help without me asking and helped me find the correct parts.
Only had one clerk. Son sent me to get something I knew nothing about Sold me what my son needed. Everyone happy. Was a little disappointed because after he helped the customer in front of me, he chatted for a while.
Today 04/07/2025 went to Ferguson Waipahu to find parts for my worn out light socket. Took my chances to find at Ferguson practically blind cause i don't have the brand. Luckily interacted with your staff Johnny whose good a great deal of customer service- super. He went out of his way to search the parts for me by cheching every store on line.
