Just purchased a new home and the prior owner had configured a very confusing and non functioning masterbath shower set up. I went to Ferguson and spoke with Annie P who solved my problem and was also able to give me exactly what my wife had requested our home! Thanks again Annie!

Dont shop here and spend money in a place that puts thier customers in danger. I spent 30k in this store and i bought a show room model cabinet depth refrigerator. When it was delivered to my home it was in the worst packaging not even taped or shrink wrapped closed. When i went to open the refrigerator it fell on top of my ripping my muscle out of my arm. The refrigerator weights 1000 pounds. If it was a child, woman or elderly person that opened that door they would have been crushed to death. That was a 10k out of pocket ... read more
