My frequent stop to get plumbing material. The ladies are nice and the store always has what I need.
I purchased a water heater from them 3 years ago and it went out Friday night. With a family of 7 it's difficult to go the whole weekend with no hot water. They do not take service calls, and so I replaced it myself thinking they would honor the warranty on Monday morning and reimburse me for the heater I purchased over the weekend since they were not open. Just wanted to communicate my gratefulness to Anneliese who provided excellent Customer Service to me in helping me purchase a new tankless water heater. This was my first experience with Ferguson, and with researching and purchasing a water heater. Anneliese was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me research when she didn’t know an answer making sure my order was taken care of in a timely manner. The kind of quality Customer Service service she provided is rare these days and must be commended!
Worst customer care, I bought a raptor 60# torque wrench while I was working in montana. Job eventually took me to midland texas. Get down there and my T wrench isn't working. Went to exchange it at the midland texas location and they wouldn't take it without a ticket #, for something I bought over a year and a half ago. It's ferguson brand, all locations should be able to just swap it out. What's the point of life time warranty if your not gonna honor it. Had to spend more money on a new one.
