One of the lady's and the guy at the counter are not very well educated at looking up parts or knowing products in person and over phone. I think having someone with at least having knowledge of the trades and terminology would be a better fit for a company that helps up front. Probably put them in the back to get familiar with the parts names and the terminology befor heading up the front of house. This has happened to me in person and over phone on several occasions. I meant to push five. It was fine and they had good coffee and they open very early and it's very convenient. Just a little hard to get to but when you need it you need it. Thanks fergusons. Good job!
My frequent stop to get plumbing material. The ladies are nice and the store always has what I need.
I purchased a water heater from them 3 years ago and it went out Friday night. With a family of 7 it's difficult to go the whole weekend with no hot water. They do not take service calls, and so I replaced it myself thinking they would honor the warranty on Monday morning and reimburse me for the heater I purchased over the weekend since they were not open. Just wanted to communicate my gratefulness to Anneliese who provided excellent Customer Service to me in helping me purchase a new tankless water heater. This was my first experience with Ferguson, and with researching and purchasing a water heater. Anneliese was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me research when she didn’t know an answer making sure my order was taken care of in a timely manner. The kind of quality Customer Service service she provided is rare these days and must be commended!
