Very nice lady on the phone at the gate entrance . she let me in within five seconds . and also nice lady in the office. She talked to me very politely. My appointment at 12 PM. I reached there two hours before my appointment and I get unloaded around 11:30 PM so overall nice experience.
I want to recognize an employee here by the name of Jenn I believe she's the ops manager, great person, hard worker and she definitely knows what she's doing. I was waiting for a little bit and she took care of me got me in and out and it was a great experience overall thanks to the Jenn. Not excluding the other staff everyone was helpful but you know Jen she specifically took care of me and she did a great job. Thanks Jenn and staff. Keep up the hard work 🫡
My appointment was at 1 but they got me unloaded earlier but did the appointments first then they did the early arrivals easy docks. The desk lady didn't show up till after 720
Arrived 3 hours early for delivery 2 trucks over 100 docks and still made me wait until appointment time unbelievable this place is really a relaxed work environment maybe too relaxed I hope I never have to come here again a complete waste of time!!
