Yeah.... their phone system is horrendous.
We have always had excellent service from the Ferguson staff. Shout out to Kevin!! They know their stuff and have the parts you need.
Extremely rude. Your employees should have more training on how to treat residential customers. Whoever answered the phone was rude and sighed at questions.
