Emergency service call at 3pm. Needed a 1/2in brass union. Called multiple supply houses with no luck. Called Ferguson at 3:30. I was put on hold. I literally drive to the location, went inside, and purchased the union, all while on hold. After the sale, I informed the front desk worker that it was me that was on hold for 20 minutes and I couldn't believe he was serving customers, while callers were on hold.
