I wanted to give a shout out to Curtis Gann. I’m a plumbing contractor in Arizona and my mom lives in Panama City. I reached out to Curtis, we worked back-and-forth between the Fergusons in Arizona and in Florida to get the accounting situated and Curtis got everything handled so that my mom could pick up the parts she needed and have her plumber get her taken care of so she doesn’t have to be without water this weekend. Thank you for the excellent customer service Curtis!
This place needs better management
Yall really lost ur minds letting Jeff walk out the door should have kept him around he was one of the best in the business sad to hear he left maybe next time you have somone like him do better to keep them around real disappointed in this company
Local contractor working on a tankless water heater. I called ferguson and spoke to the store manager. He advised on the poper replacement part and regulator in detail citing manufacturers specifications. We will only use ferguson for our plumbing supplies in the future.
