I am with a local plumbing company and I have been going to Ferguson Avon for years the last couple of times the young girl is never busy and when I ask her to help me cause she is clearly not busy cause she is on her phone she always gives some excuse. Just like this afternoon id she is not going to help customers why is she there sitting at front. I'm very disappointed in management for allowing this kind of nonsense. Great customer service! The gentleman and the two ladies at the service desk are always eager to help.
Went in yesterday and two employees were restocking and the young girl was sitting in the front playing a video game. Didn't even ask if we needed help. The phone was ringing and the gentleman went around and answered the phone.The other lady stopped what she was doing and helped us. Poor management... If she is not going to help customers why is she there that store is extremely busy. We will be going somewhere else for our plumbing supplies.
Hours on 1/2/26 show store open online and your posted holiday hours. Bad management lets this happen. I watched multiple customers waste their time.
Please remind your drivers what a yield sign means. Myself and another driver had to slam on the brakes today and come ti a complete stop getting on I-70 at Minturn going east around 3:15. Never even looked our way. Jesus Christ it was ridiculous!
