*Note: they do not service Hydropool and that is not obviously stated* I have been into the store and the front desk people are helpful for general questions like water quality and what not. But the service team rep was not very patient, kind or clear with their communication. How…after a major rain fall does this business have their chlorine supply locked and unavailable for purchase? I really want to do business locally but businesses have to want to sell! As a fellow business owner, really disappointed by the lack of ability and willingness to accommodate such a basic customer service :(

Absolutely horrific experience. I went into the Store with the product I needed in hand. I was charged an outrageous amount but really needed the product so paid and it was ordered. When I went in to pick it up, it was not the right product. Although they made the error, and I did not even leave the Store with the product, they would not refund me. I live 30 minutes from the Store but was told as the manager was not on site, there was nothing they could do. I have to note that the girls working were absolute sweethearts so t... read more
