all Is good in the sales process, once you close the lies start to come up. As soon as we moved in we noticed very low quality on the interior and tried to have DR Horton fix them during the first 30 days but Hunter Waldrop said to not worry about it and they will fix everything at the 11 month mark before the warranty timeframe finishes. This a beautiful community with all the amenities anyone could need. Amy Perrigo was very professional agent and presented all the right homes I was interested in along with the options available. She listened to my needs and I never felt rushed. I got a follow-up call with all my questions answered. Thank You Amy! This would be my 3rd DR Horton Home. They are a great value!
Be careful buying in this neighborhood. We bought a D.R Horton home a few years ago and it was a very unpleasant experience. We thought we’d give it another chance, and honestly should have listened to our guts. We already want to sell and buy elsewhere, and we haven’t even been here a year. The builders are lazy. There are so many areas in our neighborhood that the ground is literally crumbling.
