Be careful buying in this neighborhood. We bought a D.R Horton home a few years ago and it was a very unpleasant experience. We thought we’d give it another chance, and honestly should have listened to our guts. We already want to sell and buy elsewhere, and we haven’t even been here a year. The builders are lazy. There are so many areas in our neighborhood that the ground is literally crumbling.
