If I could give 0 starts I would. Asked for my daughters hair straight across at shoulder length and face framing and it was chopped up and extremely uneven. One little chunk was cut at her four head and called face framing. Asked for my son to be short on the sides and back, long on top and she did an absolute chop job on him, most we are going to have to let grow out before it can be fixed. I am disgusted.

So awesome I went in the get a haircut and she did an amazing job I am so happy plus it's cheaper and better I am definitely coming back for another round of haircut
