Fergason Appliance charged me full price for a service they did not perform. I hired them to install a downdraft range. They visited to home (I was not there), but found they could not install it because the hole in the floor was not aligned and they couldn't modify that hole. OK. But they charged me for the call plus the labor...when in fact, all they did was flip the breaker and plug it in. I bought a used dryer here instead of marketplace and I couldn't be happier!!!! I not only spent the same amount of $, I also received a product with a warranty. I paid a small fee and it was delivered and set up the very next day! The staff was informative, kind, funny and took the time to get to know me. It was all around a WONDERFUL experience and I will certainly use them again if needed! Big thank yous to Nick, Josh and Derek for providing stress free stellar help 🤩 Amy
