I didn’t have a great experience here. I scheduled an appointment for a manicure and pedicure with Vivian for 9:30, the place was closed when I got there. A man unlocked the door at 9:33 and asked if I had an appointment and proceeded to do my services. The place was not clean - floor very dirty, my chair had hair and debris on it, workspaces not wiped down well. Did not have high confidence about the cleanliness of their tools at all. I work full time and have a toddler… meaning my free time is extremely limited. Had to wait 25 minutes even though I had an appointment. They let someone else go between my mani and pedi even though 1. I was there first 2. I had an appointment. No discount or apology. Just “well there’s nothing I can do.” Apparently their online scheduler isn’t reliable. Won’t waste my time here again.
Calvin did such a wonderful job on my gel manicure. Everyone at Luxe is so friendly and talented. Definitely recommend!
HORRIBLE!! I ended up walking out 5 minutes into my pedicure. The woman doing the pedicure was RUDE and IMPATIENT!!!! Kept getting mad at me for taking too long to bend my leg!! I kindly said that I had an injured hip and can't bend my leg that quickly and to please be patient with me and she got all rude!
