We used Ferens Elevator Service to fix an elevator in our three-story building. Not only did they fix it in a quarter of the time estimated by other elevator companies, they cut the cost of the job in half and did it within a week. We are very, happy with Joe from Ferens. He was extremely professional and polite, easy to talk to and updated me daily on the progress of everything. I highly recommend them and I would definitely get quotes from them against the larger companies who are charging 3 times as much.
These guys are the best! Forget all the larger companies, Overpriced underserviced despicable charges for what they do and their monthly contract are terrible. Joe Ferens is a great guy and master and elevator mechanics!
