We used Ferens Elevator Service to fix an elevator in our three-story building. Not only did they fix it in a quarter of the time estimated by other elevator companies, they cut the cost of the job in half and did it within a week. We are very, happy with Joe from Ferens. He was extremely professional and polite, easy to talk to and updated me daily on the progress of everything. I highly recommend them and I would definitely get quotes from them against the larger companies who are charging 3 times as much.

Working with Ferens Elevator Company has been a great experience from the start! At the YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County, we have two older elevators and their technicians are always just a phone call away, dependable and reliable.
