My experience with Dr. Ferencz was a complete disappointment. From my initial consultation, he was rude and condescending towards me, even calling me immature at one point. Dr. Ferencz informed me during the consultation that he would be heading overseas after my procedure, and that my results would be delayed, which I completely understood. Dr Yadav is highly knowledgeable and also genuinely compassionate and attentive. She took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her staff is equally outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent care. I felt truly cared for. Highly recommend!
