Horribly rude, unprofessional and incompetent: *Hit a gas line because they didn't check 811 in advance of installing a driveway which resulted in delays. *Did not do the work on the public walkway to code as noted by a city inspector, but he did not obtain a permit which is required for public walkway areas.
