I took an archery lesson with Jason in early May at Bear Brook state park. Jason was very tentative to detail in things I needed to change or be more mindful of to improve my grouping at 10 & 20 yards. Where I have owned my bow for about a month, I was fairly developed in my own way. However, Jason’s guidance on what I should change about my grip/form allowed my shots to go from a 6”-8” range down to about a 3”-4” range. Recently spent a Saturday afternoon with Jason of Feral Forest Folk brushing up on archery foundations, principals, and skills. Jason is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable which transcends greatly through his positive teaching style. Would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their understanding or skills in the sport of archery!
