Makes absolutely zero sense why citizens have to pay to buy a trap and literally trap the cat themselves. What exactly do these people even do? They spray and neuter the cat and then if they can't find it a home they just release it back into the same environment to be feral again lol. What? Good enough for strays, do NOT bring your pet cat here, I did ND now she has night terrors. These happen a few times every day and it breaks my heart💔😭
