If ive them a 0 I would....Customer service stinks especially TOM!! I ordered a REPLACEMENT PART FOR MY TARGET DEER it came through FedEx....it was broken. FeraDyne said it was Fedex's fault, so I spoke to FedEx they said I have a valid claim but since FeraDyne paid for shipping FedEx would need to reimburse them ( Had a Claim number and it would have been 1 call to FedEx) Tom said NO. so FedEx said if FeraDyne would give me a letter saying that FedEx could reimburse me they would do that again TOM said no....so through shee... read more
