it's an absolutely lovely store with many unusual items. However I returned to the store with a return just over 30 Days. The original tags were on the merchandise and I had receipts. The owner, Jason, refused to even give me a store credit. I explained I had come to purchase quite a few more items to finish the decorating of my new home.... he still downright refused. The couple behind me even came out and said they could not believe that that was the store policy during the time of covid-19. definitely would not recommend ... read more

Poor customer care with returns.
I have been going to this store for the past 20 years and have spent thousands of $$$. First time ever I tried to exchange something for size one week after purchase (without receipt, my fault) and per policy (I work in healthcare and focus on standards and policy) would not even look at the item for a size exchange.
