Dr. Baker is extremely knowledgeable, highly personable and action oriented: he listens to you, explains what's probably wrong (and has always been right in his surmisals), and takes clear action to remedy your issue. While he does not speak above your level and is efficient, you get the impression talking with him that this man really could be a specialist doctor in internal medicine (and probably other areas) but became a GP out of heart.
