Misses appointments, incredibly long wait times, unreliable. Staff/reception are equally as unhelpful. I’ve been trying to move doctors for the past couple of years but apparently there is an additional fee to have my file moved. I feel trapped! Steer clear!
Dr Fenty is a wonderful doctor and is very thorough. My only complaint is that you have to wait a long time to see her and referrals also take a long time to get to specialists. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking at the building is expensive.
