Gym is turning into a dump! Bathroom is gross, sinks don't work right, and lockers are falling apart with rusted bottoms. 1/2 of the cardio equipment is out of order and has been for a while now. If anything gets fixed, it takes forever.
This is a good functional gym for people who want to get in shape. I've been to many other gyms including anytime fitness, planet fitness, lifetime fitness, etc. But this gym has the best culture as far as just working out is concerned. Yes, the bathrooms are not great. The sinks barely work, there is some grime, some of the rags for cleaning equipment look kind of old, some of the lockers are hanging off the hinges, some people apparently don't like some of the posters or flags that are hanging up. Horrible customer service. I was next door shopping, and their restrooms were out of order. I go next door because my THREE ear old has to go to the restroom. If anyone knows kids, they can’t hold it. The guy had no grace. He said you don’t give us any business, you can go to VGS. Completely rude. Like he’s a child. Be a kind human. A person should see a parent that needs help.
Great gym with lots of equipment. Staff is all very nice!!
