8 years ago I had Fenton Hitch install a roll up pickup truck bed cover. The stitching on the sides of the cover was deteriorating and replacing was necessary. I went back to Fenton Hitch and inquired what a replacement cover would cost. I worked with front desk staff, Jackie. She looked at the cover and said it may have a manufacturer limited lifetime warranty on the cover. Jackie took photos & contacted the manufacturer promptly. Gate was closed at 9:30am on a Saturday. Went out of my way to see if they had the parts I needed, ended up going somewhere else.
I wish I could give this place a good review but when you call a local shop hoping you won’t get screwed (especially when you’re traveling a long way from home) and then they take full advantage it’s a bummer. On a camping trip and had a broken valve in the camper toilet. Called to confirm they had the part (2 for $14 on Amazon). I get there and she’s happy to sell me the part with a freshly printed label and what looks like a written in 8. Yes $80 for the part but she gave me a 10% discount… how nice!
