Very rude receptionist.Should either get a different job or have some inter personnel training..This is the NHS now, unfortunately.
They have no respect for other people's time. A situation happened to me today. My daughter had a vaccination appointment. When my daughter and I came to the appointment, we were told that there were no vaccination packages. I asked why we had not been told before, something very unfortunate.
