The worst law firm ever they don’t communicate with you then when you call them they tell you the same bullshit over and over just to get you off the phone I wouldn’t recommend and I HATE THAT I WAS RECOMMENDED TO THESE PEOPLE BEEN DRAGGING MY CASE FOR A WHOLE DAM YEAR
Do not hire!! Horrible customer service, would NEVER recommend to anyone!! This firm is low class and should be out of business ASAP!!! Garbage!!!
They were very upfront they kept me notified well I can say Mrs Elaine is the best at keeping u without questions she is very true to her word I would choose them over and over
2 stars because the beginning process before I was assigned an attorney was very good service. Once I was assigned my Attorney, Shoba M. My service was straight TRASH. She never communicated with me regarding my case, never kept me updated and every time I would call I never received a response. All of a sudden I call once again to try to get an update since I cannot get in contact with my attorney, I hear that my case has been transferred to some other department.
