I highly recommend portes et fenêtre Novo for any windows project you have! I did a lengthy search before finding pf novo and I am more than satisfied with the excellent quality of their products and service. We did two big projects with them and the results are amazing. The bay window they installed in our living room exceeded our expectations. I had 9 windowns to change in my house. After quite a bit of market research and price/installation comparision, I signed the contract to Novo. They offered great price, high qualtiy Fenplast windows and excellent service, from the first call to the measurement, to the installation, all went well. The installers are professional and expeience, I have oval shape window that made the installation challenging, but they handled it pretty smoothly.

This is the only window store we deal with on the West Island. The Fenplast products are excellent, the sales team very competent and the installation is very professionally done. Highly recommend calling the owner Richard!
