While craftsmanship of homes is good attention to detail and longevity of homes is not. From lack of drain tiles, to convincing homeowners they don’t need sub pump pits, to installing flashing on windows and downspouts wrong. He’s not in it for your home to withstand the test of time. He’s in it to get you to buy a home from him now. Buyer beware
