Have you ever met someone so smart they act a tiny bit different then your normal person? Well thats Fennell, when I first met him I was not impressed with his "bedside manner" but he impressed me with his knowledge. At my second visit I started to understand his "bedside manner" and as the appointments went on I came to understand him more. He is an amazing Psych doctor and really knows and cares.
he just works for the one bad reputable hospital! UK St. Claire is literally called the local band-aid station. Look at their reviews. Its sad.
