We just purchased a new home and noticed ants. We wanted someone out immediately to take care of it and Sarah was very helpful in setting that up on the same day. Victor was able to take care of us within a couple of hours. They were very respectful, prompt and answered all our questions.
Professional and responsive. I'm glad my association selected them for our community.
I am a new customer with Fenn and paid $185 extra for a mosquito spraying which did nothing. They also double charged me and I am following up a second time to have the charge removed. As mosquitos are a flying insect, they do not warranty this service so be aware that another alternative may be more effective as they will not come back out and re-spray and I have not noticed a difference at all - just as many mosquitoes before and after spraying.
Alexandro Sanchez was fantastic. Very informative, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with his service on the way he goes beyond expectation.
