So I came home today and found a swarm of at least a hundred bees right near my front door. Couldn't get into my house. And Fenn was able to send someone out in less than 2 hours to spray the bees and allow me to get in. These guys are life savers!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been nothing short of fraudulent. They failed to deliver the services we requested - after repeated requests to Roxana in the corporate office for over a month - ignored follow-up, and their management never once reached out despite assurances that they would. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us almost $1000 for setting up a few traps around our home despite the fact that the technician never completed the follow-up visits — confirmed by our tenant. ... read more
Great service! I had wasp nests that needed to take care of, I contacted through yelp, response was almost immediate, with clear quote (not call us, and we will let you know like all other providers I tried). Jacob (the technician) came very quickly. He was very polite, answered all my questions, he was thorough and clean, and I was so happy I could get this done so quickly. Also, there's a customer portal so you can pay online if preferred.
This company is unreliable. They make appointments then show up two hours late. If you value your time, I would look elsewhere for service.
