If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been nothing short of fraudulent. They failed to deliver the services we requested - after repeated requests to Roxana in the corporate office for over a month - ignored follow-up, and their management never once reached out despite assurances that they would. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us almost $1000 for setting up a few traps around our home despite the fact that the technician never completed the follow-up visits — confirmed by our tenant. ... read more
Great service! I had wasp nests that needed to take care of, I contacted through yelp, response was almost immediate, with clear quote (not call us, and we will let you know like all other providers I tried). Jacob (the technician) came very quickly. He was very polite, answered all my questions, he was thorough and clean, and I was so happy I could get this done so quickly. Also, there's a customer portal so you can pay online if preferred.
This company is unreliable. They make appointments then show up two hours late. If you value your time, I would look elsewhere for service.
They’re great to work with over the phone and my technician Mark is super. He is kind and takes time to address all my concerns.
seriously the best. had a rat scare outside and they legit came same day to help resolve… They went above and beyond to not only take care of the situation but went through my home and my garage thoroughly to ensure we were safe… So kind, respectful and knowledgeable… They are the best! thank you!!
